    Hello, new user!

    Hello all,
I've been offroading for many years now. Grew up in small town BC, so got most of my experience there.

Currently have a 1992 Geo Tracker and a daily-driver 2007 Ford Ranger. Both are very capable - of very different things

Looking forward to sharing some ideas, stories, and of course, new adventures.

    Cheers

Oh sweet! I lived in North Van for a while...pretty familiar with North/West Van, Edgemont Village, Park Royal area, and White Rock. Have done some wheeling around Chilliwack Lake Road and on/in/around the Fraser, lol.

Otherwise I grew up in the Interior...so, 100 Mile, Horsefly, mostly Williams Lake. Got to experience some DEEP bush out there...no cellular, so u gotta know what ur doing.

This cold doesn't bother me much...in fact, I'm thinking of heading out tomorrow for the day...the cold snow has a certain 'grit' to it, so I can get to places that are otherwise too slippery...

Welcome to the zoo. I hope to get out for a run this winter maybe to Rube Falls.

Thanks for the warm welcome! Looking forward to the trails.

As mentioned above, wheeling in -30 was predictable...very crunchy and gritty snow. Deep, but fluffy because it was fresh snow and hadn't had a chance to crystallize yet. Didn't have backup, so nothing extreme Great day though.
